The annual Swinging With the Stars, presented by Bayshore Home Health, Jane Hoffman Group Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty, and Small’s Tile and Flooring, took place March 5, 2016.
This year’s event raised over $235,000 for the Central Okanagan Hospice Association’s programs to provide care, comfort and compassion to those living with a terminal illness.

2016 Swinging With The Stars Award Winners:
Team Funk took home the Judges’s Choice Award. Team Funk ensemble cast: Steve Bennett, Lindsay Cousins, Scott Dedels, Jill Hayes, Brenda Lyall, Debbie MacMillan & Phred Martin. Coached by Jennifer E. Large, Canadian School of Ballet. The Audience Choice Award was presented to Team Rishi/Solano/family. Dr. Jane Rishi and Dr. Edward Solano held a family dance party on the ballroom floor with their 4 fabulous children joining them to ‘bust a few moves’ to Pitbull’s song “Fireball”. Coached by Carley Bailey, Canadian School of Ballet.
Most Pledges Raised to Team Rishi/Solano with Campaign Team of Tracy Rawlings, Jenny Schlacter, Crissy Cuddihy, Jody Hayes, Katia Brosseau, Tori Hayes.
