In the last 12 months on MLS® (Nov 1, 2009 – Nov 1, 2010):
- 83% of buyers who purchased properties over $3 Million in the Kelowna area were from Alberta. We continue to get inquires from all over the Globe including the UK, Germany and Asia but Alberta continues to be where most of our buyers are coming from.
- 78% (32 of 41) of all residential lakeshore sales were sold by the Jane Hoffman Realty.
- Of the 41 lakeshore sales that occurred in the last 12 months, 22 were sold in the summer months and 22 were sold during the winter. Another reason to keep your property listed during the winter months!
- In the last 12 months, 101 residential properties listed over $1 Million were sold and Jane Hoffman Realty was involved in 44 of these transactions.
- In October of this year, the most expensive single family property to ever sell in the Central Okanagan was listed by Jane Hoffman Realty and sold for $10 Million. The 29 acre lakeshore estate property offered 1000 feet of lakeshore, an architecturally designed older home, expansive dock and fabulous building site … truly one of the Okanagan’s finest.
