One of our favourite events of the year took place this past weekend. Jane Hoffman Realty was pleased to once again be a part of the Annual Swinging With The Stars Event.
Kelowna’s annual Swinging with the Stars event hit the dance floor of the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort with three main goals in mind: raise funds for the Central Okanagan Hospice Association; dance the night away; and have incredible amounts of fun.
Oh what a night! Participants and event goers danced all night while raising funds for a very deserving charity.

This year’s Swinging with the Stars event raised the most money to date with $255,820 raised. Jane Hoffman Realty was very proud to be the “Standing Ovation Title Sponsor” this year.
The Most Pledges Raised trophy was awarded to Alex Lambert for record-breaking amount of $83,310. The previous record was $65,000 raised in 2013 by Jane Hoffman.
This year’s theme was routines from famous Hollywood movies, and dance partners performed some amazing routines from Saturday Night Fever, Singing in the Rain, Grease and Dirty Dancing.
The Judges’ Choice Award was presented to Maria Graziano and Jaime Cuberos for their Dirty Dancing routine. The Audience Choice Award was awarded to Wilbur Turner and Albert Ascona for their rendition of Saturday Night Fever.
Dancing is a wonderful way to bring people together, and it was fantastic to see so many of the wonderful people who make our Kelowna community strong come together on the dance floor.
