The event was a total success with a sold out ballroom of 200 people. The Blues Brothers Too had everybody on the dance floor hopping and shaking. Danny Hooper was an absolutely outstanding MC and auctioneer who kept everybody laughing and digging deep into their wallets.

Between Jane, Wolf and Julie they raised over $30,000.

The executives at Hospice (COHA) appreciated the effort and donations from everybody including SYNLawn, Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Mark Whittemore, Predator Ridge, Kim Elsasser, Alex Fong, Canadian Jewellery Exchange, Save on Foods, Jane Hoffmann, Wolf and Julie Krieg, Sparkling Hill, BMW, Dr. Broaderip and many, many more.

Hospice indicated that they are in need for new TVs and Danny Hooper spontaneously used the opportunity to raise some money, over 30 people immediately agreed to give $100 towards new TVs for the Hospice. Wow, remarkable!

David Wood who was in the audience spontaneously donated a three day stay on his island in Belize.

Alexandra Babbel of Opera Kelowna was also present, walked up and surprised the audience with one high note with her amazing powerful crisp voice and offered 2 tickets to her event at bottega on February 14.

The highest item was for $4,100 the Wine/Octoberfest for 25 people, hosted by the Krieg Family with meat from Illichmans, bienenstich from Master Bakery and wine from 50th Parallel Estate Winery.
